Celebrating 10 years of Earth Energy Education

This year, we’re proud to celebrate a decade of inspiring students and teachers. As we mark this milestone, it’s not only a time to reflect on what we’ve achieved but also an opportunity to look ahead. 

A Decade of Growth and Impact

Since starting in 2014, Earth Energy Education has reached thousands of students, educators, and communities. Our site visits and in-school workshops are designed to deliver programmes that are practical and inspiring.

Here are a few stats from our last 10 years:

• 14,900 students (over 500 schools) have visited a solar or wind farm 

• 68,000 hours of learning on-site and in-school

• We have had the privilege of working with 30 renewable energy companies

• 900 students have benefitted from online careers workshops engaging with industry professionals

• 97% of educators who worked with our team felt their students were empowered/inspired to take action

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support of our clients, partners, schools, and the communities they serve. 

Looking ahead to 2025

As we start our second decade, our mission remains clear: enabling students to learn outside the classroom, helping them understand biodiversity, renewable energy and climate change and discovering the diverse career pathways this vital industry has to offer.
